Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty announces a “Buyer Assurance Plan” including Mortgage Payment Protection and/or Home Warranty Protection to attract homebuyers who may be hesitant to commit due to the uncertainties regarding expenses of home ownership.

If purchased by a home seller, the mortgage program provides a qualified homebuyer with a monthly cash benefit of up to $1,500 for four months in the event the buyer becomes unemployed. The home warranty plan includes the repair or replacement of many of the most frequently occurring breakdowns of home systems and appliances, providing double the assurance to a prospective home buyer.

Home Warranty coverage has always been available to home sellers and buyers. Now, with an option to bundle it with a Mortgage Payment Protection Plan, the program offers even greater peace of mind to prospective home buyers. Sellers offering the Buyer Assurance Plan will have their home identified by sign riders, in print advertising, and on-line promotion.
